Hey guys & girls I need some advice

I ordered a header from Ric at Racingmazda.com way back in June, but by the end of that month my P5 was totalled, and I was forced to cancel and request a refund.

It's not September 16, and I haven't seen a penny of my money back. Even more annoying, it's on a credit card so finance charges have been accumulating on that purchase.

I've called the number on the website several times and sent email as well ... but neither have been answered thus far. What do you suggest I do?
 
Yep. You're lucky you put it on a credit card. Give your card company a call, and let them know what's up. They'll send you some paperwork to fill out (mostly explaining in writing what happened and why you are requesting the chargeback) and it should all get taken care of.

Also, as soon as you report it, the charges (and the finance charges for that purchase) are removed immediately. Then, if you don't fill out the paperwork or the investigation reveals you are wrong, the charges are put back on.
 
wierd...i had no problems with him at all...he did take a while to get back to me via email, but i had no problems via phone
 
average american has 8000 dollars worth of credit dept,why would u use a credit card for sumthing u coulda use a checkcard for?

why?
