Ok being one of the slightly older members on the forum (i'm 28) and somewhat experienced with cars (9 years as a mechanic) I have to say it saddens me to see all these younger guys trying to go fast without the right mods. I have learned over the years if your going to do a car and you want speed and power you have to do it the right way. Take our cars for example to run anything over 8psi you need EMS yet i see alot of people running 10psi without it and wonder why they have problems. Reliabilty and power can be achieved but you have to spend the money to do it. Everyone wants to go fast yesterday and can't wait to do things the right way. Also do the job the right way if you know nothing about cars or can't do the job yourself don't do it, nothing looks worse than a half ass job. I'm not saying you can't learn to do the job but you need to take your time and do it the right way the first time. I have just read so many posts about problems with the msp that could have been easily avoided with the right mods and a correctly done job. I also have seen to many people making assumptions as to whats wrong with a car, if you don't know what you talking about don't say anything. Leave that to the people who know and just sit back listen and learn. Just remember you cant have fast and cheap they don't go together......

Yea i have the funny thing is i bought my car from sansone chevy so i know right where it is. I will try to get there soon.....

Ah heck, not all MSP's break at high boost. Mine has kicked ass at 12-15PSI for 101,000 miles.
I had a few mods but just now added some engine managment.
I ran the heck out this little car until my diff gave way at 103,000 miles.
Now it is back together better than before and in desperate need of a tune.
That should happen next week.
I think you can run more PSI you just have to be smart about your car and know when to get out of it. Watch for detonation, know which gears and which RPM's you can get away with it and just pay attention to what your car is telling you.

Anyway good luck to every MSP owner.
