I've got a 03.5 MSP and the engine fuse keeps blowing every time I switch the ignition to the on position?

you may have a freyed wire somewhere touching a ground causing the fuse to blow. Since its the main fuse you are going to have a hell of a time chasing it. Are you using the right size fuse? You need someone who knows how to use a multi meter and knows about the car. I would start at the battery and work my way out.
