help with climate control knobs?

Ok so i got a prob on my p5 the climate control knobs. the hot/cold knob won't turn all the way cold and i don't wana break it forcin it and same wit the vent setting it won't go to the dash setngng stahinys at the dash/foot setting anyone know what i cud do i've tried everyhing took off all knobs panels etc and stil can't figure out y it's stuck

did you take out the whole dask kit, or just the knobs? because if you removed the whole dash, and the rods that connect to your venting system, they could not be in the same position when you took them off, as when you put the knobs back on. i can show you what stock looks like on my car and you can refrence to your own if you like.

Yeah you have to check the rods.... the same thing happen to mine but on the MSP... when i bought it the climate knobs would not go to cold so i took it out and saw the rods were not in place. I fixed them and now it works

Sorry been kinda busy haven't had a chance to check it out again I have pulled everyting out and it all seemed ok but tomorrow i'll get in there again and check it out
