Help with alternator/water pump pulleys?

O.K. I ordered the Indigo water pump/alternator pulleys, but they came with no instructions, or maybe it's so simple you just don't need instructions. Has anyone installed these or know how to install these?? Please Help, I can't stand having mods in the box and not on my car!

It's fairly straight forward....first off loosen, don't remove, the waterpump pulley bolts and the alternator pulley bolt. Use a serpintine belt tool to loosen the belt tensioner and remove the belt. You may need to scoot under the car a little to get the belt off of some of the pulleys. After the belt's off remove the w/p and alt. pulleys then install the indigo's in the reverse. Just remember to get the retainer bolts good and tight.

Couple probs with that last explanation. First, we don't have serpentine belts. You should loosen the water pump pulley bolts with the belt tight, and then you will need to loosen the belt. The way the water pump/alternator belt is tensioned is with an adjuster on the alternator bracket. The best way to change an alternator pulley is with the alternator off the car. It's on there really snug and I'm sure you'll never break it loose on the car just using belt tension to keep it from turning. You usually have to use an impact wrench to loosen it. Most people also use an impact wrench to tighten a new pulley on with but don't set the torque up all the way. I personally use a tool that holds the fan assembly and use a torque wrench. You will end up accessing the lower bolt for the alternator from underneath the car. That's also the best way to disconnect it before removing it. It's also much easier to remove from underneath once you have it disconnected.
