Help w/ Mazda6s Rims

rear fender needs to be rolled and watch out for potholes is all I have to say!18x8 +50 offset rubs in the rear with 225 wide tires. You could probably get by with 215 wide tires however.
Basically when buying wheels for the 6, try and get as high an offset as possible. If your caught between two wheels, and one is +48 and the other +42, go for the +48. It makes a big difference, especially if your driving aggressively.
Plan to roll your fenders with +42 offsets greater then 7 wide, or any 8 inch wide wheel.

thanks for the info guys....ill have to see what the offset is and what tires are on them. This guy already has them on the 2003 mazda6s that i think i might buy but that doesnt mean he knows what hes doing or that they dont rub so ill see what the offset is and go from there. And it is pretty important cuz im about to move to cleveland and from what ive seen those roads suck ass....full of pot holes and bumps.
If your in pothole country....
1) Avoid really light cast rims. Either go with forged rim's, or get some cast rims with some bulk.
2) Avoid low profile tires. Ya they look cool, but you'll end up with a bent rim really fast. Stick to something with a higher profile, like 50-55.
3) Run higher then normal tire pressure. Higher tire pressures increase sidewall strength, which in turn reduce the chance of damage occuring.

cleveland isn't that bad...east cleveland is....cleveland hts. and south euclid is ok...just don't drive more than 5 over. Also watch out for the lindale fuckers cause they run that lil bitty patch of highway! If you want to see some roads come to D.C. right after the snow clears and you will literally be on the highway swerving to miss the craters dug from tractors. When getting tires try and ge some stiff sidewalls so in hard turns the tire doesn't roll too much and protrude out to help from curbage
