can you get a ticket for flipping someone who almost hit you the bird? some crazy, and i mean CRAZY b**** was haulin ass out of her driveway backwards in her explorer, i slammed my brakes, honked and flipped her the bird, she GOT OUT OF HER CAR and started yelling and then got back in and followed me. the thing is my friend that was in teh car with me (we live in the same 'hood, i was takin him home) said that lady had almost ran into him in the past. i made the mistake of going down a culdesac, she cam around and tried to box me in, she was yelling "YOU DONT FLIP [UME OFF YOU WERE WAY BACK THERe I WOULDNT HAVE HIT YOU!" my friend yells "YOU WERENT EVEN LOOKING YOU WERE PLAYING WITH YOUR HAIR YOU PSYCHO!" and so i pulled out my phone and got ready to call the cops. but instead i made it out and sped away. anyways, if i had called the cops, could i have gotten a ticket for flipping her the bird?

You have every right to be pissed off if some dumb woman's gonna not look where she's going.. you should have just laughed at her when she boxed you in. I've done that before to people when they're mad at me on the road for something I didn't do.. and they go ballistic. I actually have a rather funny story about it.. but.. whatever.

Last time I flipped the bird at someone they got really pissed at me and swerved from the left turn lane into the right turn lane and tried to run me off the road.. then he proceeded to tail my ass until I got up to 60 in a 30 and I lost him at a yellow arrow. All of this was in front of one of those cop crossing guards near my house. I flipped him the bird because he was going 20 and wouldnt let me pass him on a two lane street and I was late for something. He kept changing lanes in front of me to piss me off. Then he stopped in the middle of both lanes as traffic piled up behind us and started walking towards my car like he was gunna kick it.. and I reversed a little but was trapped from cars behind me.
Anyways I dont think you can get a ticket from that.

Actually one time some girls in a Civic gave me the bird .. oh man .. I tailgated them like mad with my brights on, just for a few minutes though..
And one time, some guy dropped a firecracker on my hood as he went by (it was like 11, I had just finished installing my short shifter) and so I followed his ass for at least half an hour.. through neighborhoods, red lights, stop signs.. I think I made my point.

youll never guess what i just realized, her car was keyed to s***, im sure its for being a roadraging b****, i never got really really mad, i was just really pissed that she was barrelling into the street that fast not looking. it was jhilarious when my friend told me that she had gotten close to hitting him before (she lived about 5 houses down from my friend) it was a good test of the p5...i dunno how she knew i went down the culdesac

ya know.....she WAS in the wrong.....but do you ACTUALLY KNOW this person? I am guessing NO....and for you to flip her off could have had more serious consequences....as he is OBVIOUSLY a PHYSCO! seeing as how she chased you down....
I say this because a few years ago I had some DIPS**T come up behind me in a parking lot I was attempting to exit into traffic...HE wasn't satasfied with how fast I was getting out of the parking lot and started blowing his horn at me....I just gave him the ONE FINGER solute through the back window.....he pulled into the other lane and ran out into traffic nearly hitting someone....then I pulled out...the funny part was he pulled out and immediately had to stop for a red light...when I started to pull up beside him his physco girlfriend/wife, whatever she was, rolled down the window down and started yelling...and I saw through his back passanger window as I started to roll up that he pulled a pistol and had it in his hand.....the only reason he didn't pull the trigger is he would have had to shoot THROUGH his rear window to hit me.
I got his plate....and the make and model of the car....I was two blocks from home and called the police and made the report.
Lesson learned......careful who you mess with on the road...the world is full of physcos!!!!!!

Its different when youre a chick flipping a guy off... trust me, I've done that in the past...and was tailgated for my entire trip.. kinda scary and it knocks off your concentration. Best bet is to not let dumbasses get the best of you in situations like this.. just use your horn..shake your head, and move on. But in your situation.. I doubt you wouldve gotten in trouble..since both partys were invovled. Usually, they can get you for harrassment if you do it to someone walking down the street for no reason.. thats when they can nail you...

i had some fool in an excursion cut me off once, sick like too. and he knew he cut me off. he like made it so the abs turned on when i hit the brake and he was like 3 ft away with brake lites shining. so i'm all pissed off. i move to the right lane and start to pick up speed up to the speed limit and as i get to 40, this fool does it again! and i'm like "oh no, you DID not just do that again! one time, ok, but 2 your asking for it!" so i move into the left lane, get along side him and match speed. i see this fool look at me smiling like he didn't do anything, and he start laughing at me along with some other chic in the car. so i'm super pissed off. i saw that i hadn't put my plates on yet (both are in the door pocket). so i hit the throttle and get in front of this F*cker and slow down hella and start sweepin both lanes (its 2am). then i hear his horn and his hi beams are blinkin at me and he is tailin me and i could see that he was EXTREAMLY PISSED, like he was the only one who could cut off ppl and no one could cut off him. so i slam on my brakes and i hear screechin and cussing coming from the truck with smoke from all 4 tires. at this point i'm goin like 2 mph i hang my head out the window with the finger and a grin on my face. then i popped it into gear, peeled out and left him with my tire smoke.

that happened to be the other day. i was in the left lane and i deside to look for a CD to play and i realized that i had slowed down and some guy was behind me. well i moved over to the left lane (slow lane) and he came up next to me and gave me the finger. Man that pissed me off. so i down shifted and cut him off and then went back into the slow lane so i could see his face. When he pulls up next to me he looks at me laugh and pulls out his wallet. i could see if he had a badge or not and i didn't want to find out so i down shifted proceded to slow down and geyt off at the next which was my exit. then the guy speeds up so he is in front of me in the left lane. at the last minute he swicthed # lanes to try to get off the exit in front of me. so i downshifted again and turned back onto the high way and floored it. due to my slow mp3 he was gaining ground on me in his Range Rover. :mad: yeah that was untill i got off at the next exit when i lost him in the turns. had my back tires swinging threw the tunrs. it was great.
lesson learned is watch out what you do on the road!

He wasn't on duty right? So who cares if he did follow you, he couldnt do anything, and if he gave u the finger, shouldn't he be getting a road rage ticket or something. I think he was just being a dick, one of my friend cut of some guy in a mini van, and it turned out 2 weeks later, it was a cop, he found out because the cop pulled him over and bitched him out.
