ok yeah i see that then theres a hose leading from that to the solenoid or whatever then theres a hose there that is just hanging from the piece must of been for the stock inlet. do i just plug the hose directly into the wastegate instead of to the router or whatever that part is?

all you should have done was removed the hose from stock inlet and then put that hose back on the new inlet. should have never removed the hose that goes to the wastegate actuator.

i didnt remove the hose... theres a hose that goes from the part that hes pointing out then another hose from that part that was hooked into the stock inlet.. in the pic above it just seems like u eliminate the router thing or whatever and just plug it in directly

don't remove the solenoid. just leave the one hose from the solenoid to the wastegate and then add the other from the solenoid to the inlet. this is needed in controlling boost.

if you look at the detail A on that map about it should be the free port on the solenoid. Don't plug it into the wastegate itself. the hose its showing there is going from the solenoid to the waste gate, but the port next to it should be the one you need to plug the hose from the inlet to.

That picture was just to show you where it is, sorry for the confusion.
