Help: I need an Offcial TSB for the Clutch Chatter Issue

I have an appoinrtment at Tasca Ford in Rhode Island in a couple weeks and the service advisor I spoke with said he has never heard of the clutch chatter issue.

It happens about 15% of the time, especially when it's cold but it's not necessarily reproducible on demand.

If someone has an official TSB that I could fax them, that would be extremely helpful. I'm sure this is not the first time they have heard of it, especially in cold Rhode Island.

Never approach them with it at first, they will deny everything. Oh well, too late now.
The TSB is available on this page, i suggest you bookmark it:

Well I told him my symptoms and then asked if he had ever heard of it before, and he quickly replied, "No."

He said "we'll try and start it up cold in the morning and see what happens" but there is no guarantee that it will do it.

Therefore, I wanted to take something with me when I go and say, "I have THIS" - and hand them the TSB.

So if I print out:

and show them it, will they fix the damn thing or still deny it? The car is still under warranty (30k miles).
