Hello,
The towbar wiring harness instructions at a certain point tell you to connect the red wire (AL5) coming from one leg of the fuse to the RBCM module socket, pin 4T.
Pin 4T in this module is connected either to the rear wiper motor or to ground.
I bought the harness used. It does not have the AL4 wire with the fuse.
AA – not used
AD – buzzer
AU – 15 A / 30 A supply
AL3 – trailer detection
AC – plug for the buzzer
My question is: what kind of wire is this, since theoretically it goes from the 13‑pin socket?
Is it possible that this is another ground wire?
I am attaching the entire manual for the towbar wiring harness just in case.
Thanks in advance for any answers that could point me in the right direction.
