What setup did he sell you? Wasn't it custom?
yeah, it was from wagner (boom07) but yea..i just cant figure out how to do it..cuz i have that plastic bumper and i thought it would go right under that. and attach to it..but i dont know if that is right.

Any pictures of the FMIC even if its not installed? You are probably going to have to hack the s*** out of your rebar.

yeah i have pictures of it..well A picture..sorry its huge..hopefully it helps?

Looks like you are going to need to make some brackets to mount it with. Also, isn't the radiator smaller on a MSP? So I'm not completely sure the piping will fit correctly since it looks to be routed beside it.

I already installed the msp radiator and what not. and yes it is smaller. It has brackets on it..but i cant figure out how exactly to put it on..

alright nevermind then..if no one can post pictures of their install or anything the w/e.. Thanks for your help those of you that tried.

Most likely you have to pull off your front bumper, and screw the FMIC core into the underside of your bumper support beam. I can't tell from your pic, but do the two tabs on either end have bolt holes in them?

the pipe on the left will go in front of your fan and behind your bumper/grill. There should also be a big U/L shaped pipe that connects to that pipe and routes it back around toward the turbo.

The pipe on the right side will probably come out right under your bumper support and connect to a long straight pipe that goes to your throttle body. Your BOV flange is probably attached to this pipe.

I'm not positive, but it looks like the pipe routing could be similar to the Hiboost FMIC. Try searching for those directions on this site.

Although the core looks really tall. It's possible he cut his bumper support beam and put this inside. Similar to this custom one:

yeah there are two tabs there. with holes in them.bumper support beam? i really dont know what that is because all i know is that i have the msp radiator installed(its not as long, and the intercooler pipes go next to it..) But i know i have the Plastic bumper, like when i take off my front end, i have a big plastic(HARD) bumper thing there..do you mean take that off? you can see what im talking about in this picture.

That's an old pic before you put the MSP radiator in right? Cause if that's the radiator you are supposed to use the pipe routing I'm describing isn't right.

That does look like a bumper support beam, but maybe aftermarket. On my MSP (and on the picture I linked) it's black metal, but in the same location as your white plastic one.

Your core should probably bolt into the bottom of it. However like I said, yours may be made to go in the space your support goes. Look at the link I posted. Notice how the black metal bar is cut about 2 inches to the left and right of the intercooler and a section in the middle is removed so the intercooler could go there? That's what I mean. You'll have to figure out if yours is made to go under the beam, or in place of a section of the beam. It's too hard to tell with just a pic of the core.

If it goes under the beam, then one of your pipes will go behind the beam, and in front of the radiator. It will travel in front of the radiator from the passenger side to the driver's side where it will then curve back around the right (driver's) side and go behind the radiator toward the turbo.

If you core is big enough that you need to cut your support beam this pipe will be much shorter. And your intercooler tabs will hopefully align with pre-drilled holes in the top of your bumper support beam.

I'd start piecing your pipes together starting at the throttle body and working backwards. This should help you eliminate at least some pipeing. Then start at the turbo and try to work your way toward the intercooler testing the leftover pipes to see which could get them to lay as discribed above.

Really you should lay out all your pipes and take a picture of that. Then we could help you out a lot easier.

Here's the only pic I have of mine:

See how that pipe comes off the turbo, curves around the right of the radiator? It then goes back across the car in front of the radiator and behind the bumper support beam to connect with the bottom left of my intercooler core.

thats the ac condensor not the rad. if he doesnt have the msp ac condensor it goes all the way across and there no hole

ahh very insightful. I will take off the plastic one when i get home. i mean i dont think its aftermarket, but i could be wrong. Your motor looks badass.. I will show you all of my pipes..in the pictures below.and the radiator in that picture is my stock one.

awesome. then the pictures should explain it pretty well. let us know how it goes.

if the core is taller than 6" then your going to need to cut or replace your bumper beam. cause it wont fit otheriwise

then the tubo to ic pipe goes through the hole, over the top of the ic to its left side then the other side goes to the tb pipe.
