I have had my MSP for almost a year now and have decided to buy a turbo back exhaust but I cant seem to find any of the ones that are talked about on this forum, any help would be great

The only two complete turbo back exhausts that were made for our car have been discontinued. They were made by GHL and Ion. You can still buy a Vibrant j-pipe back or a Corksport and possibly Perrin if that is still made. The Vibrant is most common because it has a catalytic converter, but the Corksport has an option for one. The Perrin is catless. I wanted a full turbo back as well, so I bought a Vibrant and paired it with the old style Corksport s-pipe.

Unfortunately you would have to get an s-pipe custom made unless you were to find one used. I would suggest looking for the Corksport that will go to the j-pipe and then pairing it with their newer downpipe that is the s and j-pipe together. Their website is corksport.com

khaosman has a complete GHL 3in exhaust for sale in the FS section.

If you can, I would definitely recommend buying Khaosman's GHL. I've dealt with him a lot and he is a super reliable seller. Very reasonable with his pricing and usually willing to negotiate as well.

The GHL is as mentioned one of the only FULL 3" turboback exhausts made for the Protege. You could go with Corksport but their downpipe is only 2.5" so you won't get as much oomph out of it and you'll end up paying the same as you would for the GHL. And even if he did shorten his for the P5 all you would need to do is take the muffler/axleback to an exhaust shop and have them extend it about an inch or so (not sure on exact length). That wouldn't cost you more than $30 or so.

Shoot him a PM and grab one of the only full GHL exhausts out there, they don't get much better than that. I rode in his car at an AutoX event when I lived in Iowa and it was freakin mean!! Exhaust sounded great and turbo spool was so much faster than mine.
