help!! air coming out stock bpv

today while driving i was hearing this horrible whinning noise, when i pulled over looked at the car still with the engine. i could feel air coming out of the stock bpv. anyone know what i should do?? help please

at idle the stock bpv will be open......it is vacuum actuated

ok thanks youve put my mind to rest alittle, i have been having problem with a second bov which the guy who owned the car before me put on, so i guess thats my problem.
