I thought I should say hi as I have just bought (ordered) a UK spec Mazda5 2.0sport in sunlight silver with skirts.
Expected delivery is about 5 weeks but it may be sooner if the guy can source one.

I am just about to sell my Vauxhal Astra VXR on saturday and I am gutted, but it had to be done, we needed a bigger car for all the kids and I am also sick of not being able to fully enjoy the car on our roads when the kids are not in it. So I went for the sensible option to ferry the children in and I'll buy a less sensible car in a couple of months if I miss my VXR too much.

Can't wait to get the 5, I really was impressed with the cars practicallity and looks. If anyone has any pictures of the 5, especially in silver, that hasn't been doing the rounds on the net then I'd love to see them. I think I have found pretty much all pictures that have been posted previously, but I just can't get enough

Welcome! The 5 is a sweet "space wagon", I'd love to get one but I have no reason to (I'm 20).

Oh and nice choice on the Sunlight Silver. I didn't realise they were offered in that color, maybe they aren't here in the states. My Protege5 is Sunlight Silver and it's such a nice silver.

I just had it confirmed today that delivery will be the first week in the new year. I can't wait, I sold my car a couple of weeks ago because of a good offer on it and I have to go without until the 5 arrives so I will be even more appreciative when I do get it.
