Hello from Greece,
I am planning to install some new mods to my car and I have just decided to be a member of this forum and to share my ideas with you. I love cx-7 and I would like to improve the performance and the appearance as well.

Welcome.What model do you have? Ed Ops, I see further down the model. AWD 2008. Nice vehicle as I have the FWD 2007 Touring.

In my country circulates only AWD manual. Which are the big differencies betwwen CX-7 awd and fwd? Do you have any issues with high temperatures (intake, transmission) to FL durring hot months?

NO hot weather issues with mine although I'm sure heat soak takes away some performance, particularly if you are stopped and idling for long periods of time.

Yes heat soak is one problem of this car.
I have seen a nice power gain since I have changend the stock air intake with an aftermarket one. First i had corksport air intake. Then I sold it and I replaced it with the cp-e cold air intake, because corksport was short intake and pulled hot air from the bonnet. According to dash hawk the difference was at hot months 30 celsius higher from ambient temperature(boom01) Now its ok. Do you have any aftermarket mod?
