Heater problems. . .

hey guys just curious if you ever had this problem in your msp. . This has been going on for a while now but I think its getting louder. . . There is a weird buzzing noise that comes out of my passenger side vent whether the ac or heat is on you can normally only hear it when its on the first or second notch of the fan control its hard to explain the sound but its like a zzzzzzzzzzz sound and it almost sounds like its coming from somewhere in the glove box but only comes on when the fan is on. Any ideas?? thanks

There might be somethin stuck in there. Cause the car im driving now for the upcoming winter season does the wining noise and I think there is a piece of foam stuck in there.
