Heads up for those Texas Drivers....

Many have probably seen this already, but there is a new TX law making it illegal to have a license plate frame, of any type, on your car. It carries a $200 fine.

I think its a little ridiculous to outlaw license frames that don't hide or cover up any important info.

Read the article:

DPS Trooper John Sampa explained, "If a bracket or some type of device obstructs the visibility of the license plate, meaning that it touches the letters, touches the numbers or alters the design of the plate, that gives an officer probable cause to make a traffic stop."

You can have a frame it just cant alter.
