I'm not sure if you know this already but be aware that those holes on the sides can be covered with Accolade's foglight holders. It doesn't appear that the seller has those (or at least they aren't in the picture). I got the kit quoted to my address in Virginia for $750 (with fog holders and shipped) if that helps any as far as base pricing. Indeed that hole in front is large (but that's what FMIC's are for right (first) ), but I do agree that it makes the MP5 seem very European. I'm still debating to get this kit or not, but yeah it looks like a pretty good deal to me.
