go look in the how to section, i know the roof rack removal how to shows taking apart some of it, there are other how-to threads in there too that show taking pieces of it apart, look at the sunroof how to as well.
The sunroof controls are just held in with clips, so just pry it off with a panel tool. The overhead light has a screw holding it up as well as a push clip. You also have to take off all the plastic pieces that touch the headliner. It should problaby take about an hour or so if it's not the kind of thing you normally do (I am an installer, it took me about 15 minutes to get it out). Why are you taking it out? I am actually making a sub enclosure that is mounted to the roof in mine.
