Headliner and Door panel removal

I have gotten a couple dents on my roof from hail and another dent from someone hitting their door into mine. So im going to remove the headliner and door panel and attempt to get the dents out. Any tips on the headliner or door panel removal or is it fairly simple?

Door panel is easy, though you need to take out the inner shroud to get to the INSIDE of the door. This requires removing the window motor and LOTS of bolts. It's time consuming, but not "hard". The door panel itself only has a screw in the handle, ane one behind the light. And the rest is all pop clips. Once you get those out you need a 10MM socket for the 10+ bolts that hold the shroud piece in.
