i almost feel like there should be something next to the projector. i'm not sure what but that open space seems weird. they look really good tho. how did you attach the projector to the headlight housing?

Yeah it does look weird but there really is no room to put anything in that space....The projector is attached by bolts.

Update....

Well they are about done just need to clean, test and reseal them...here are some pics of light output and just normal shots....The headlight output shots have the lens on to show that there is no glare

The cutoff is quite exceptional man, wonderful work thanks for all the updates on the pictures and everything, looks incredible. I love the look i would hate to see something like that behind me.

i just found projectors on ebay this project is going to happen maybe you said this before but what size bulbs are you using are there projectors that use h4's to? so i can keep my stock harness?

I am going to make a How-to... just need to make sure everything goes smooth....

The Projector uses a H7 bulb...I am going to swap out the bulbs(h4) with a H7 ...I might have to get different connectors..

This coming Friday I am putting them on just for test and aim them on a wall to see how they came out...Pics coming soon!!!

UPDATE!!!!

So I have installed them into my car....now just got to wait till it gets dark to see how the beam pattern is....

Here are some pics for now....the bumper is not fully on and the headlight lens are just put on not resealed yet...

Update!.....


Well some good news and some so so bad news....Ok in the 1st pick you will see the light out put on a fence, on the 2nd pic you will see what went wrong...the left side Projector is off a tad....not really a big deal becuz I could move it and it will be fine...

Aiming is great!! works just like it would if u have normal headlight lights....just some little things to fix and it is all set... the bad news is that I won't be able to fix till 1 week from now got school....but so far so good

How/what would you change for the P5 headlights (with the separate high/low beams)?? Would it work to pirate the projectors, etc, from the Mazda 3, or could they be any projectors? And other than the possibility of changing the connectors, would any changes need to be made to the wiring harness?

If you have a projector that fits a H7 like the P5 then u are good to go...no need for harness just Plug and Play!!!
