Headers?

I know of a couple of companies that make headers, who is the best, I see a lot of you guys are running headers, so what kinds are you running? I've been told some fit or some don't you eill need to modify it. I want to know the easyiest??

Depends on if you want full length or not. I'm currently building another one that will be ceramic coated that is an equal length shorty style that retains the stock cats and EGR hookup and clears all the factory accessories. I should be offering these up for sale in a few weeks.

For the long tube headers, I've heard AWR is better than OBX but the best would be the world header from Mazdaspeed.

What kind of price would be looking at????
With this shrty style header what kind of exhaust (brand) would you run for max. performance??

As far as the rest of the exhaust, use the search and check what others have done. I made a custom cat forward (#1 to #2 cat) that is 2.25" and replaces the stock manifold under the #1 cat with a mandrel bent pipe. It still hooks up the same and retains all the factory heat shielding and the O2 sensor. Then I enlarged the cat opening to 2.05" from the stock 1.71". I had a muffler shop make me a 2.5" cat back with a stainless muffler. It runs pretty strong. If you want to see pics of the header they are here: www.geocities.com/traveler12820/robsprotege.html
