header error codes

Hey everyone,
i recently installed Hurricane headers and after the installation i got these two error codes:

P0032 H02S heater control circuit high (Bank 1 sensor 1)
P0038 H02S heater control circuit high (Bank 1 sensor 2)
P0138 O2 sensor circuit high voltage (Bank 1 sensor 2)

The installation is a 4 into 1 header, then a 2.25 inch exhaust with 1 cat. The first o2 sensor is located in the headers and the second one is located after the cat.

I was just wondering if these codes are similar to what other members are getting after installing headers?
If not, then what codes did you guys get?

Also, would putting the second o2 sensor in a spark plug non-fouler eliminate the CEL? Or is my problem something different to what you guys had?

Sorry about all the questions, but this CEL is really shitting me, so i really appreciate any help i can get....

Sounds like the first one is throwing a code and the second one is throwing 2 codes. I'd make the o2 sim for the second one and see if that gets rid of at least 2 of the 3 codes.

P0032 Possible cause
- Front HO2S heater malfunction
- Connector or terminal malfunction
- Open circuit in wiring harness between main relay and front HO2S terminal D
- Short to ground in wiring harness between main relay and front HO2S terminal D
- Open circuit in wiring harness between front HO2S terminal C and PCM terminal 2BG
- Short to ground in wiring harness between front HO2S terminal C and PCM terminal 2BG
- PCM malfunction

P0038 Possible cause
- Middle HO2S heater malfunction
- Connector or terminal malfunction
- Open circuit in wiring harness between main relay and middle HO2S terminal C
- Short to ground win wiring harness between main relay and middle HO2S terminal C
- Open circuit in wiring harness between middle HO2S terminal D and PCM terminal 2BF
- Short to ground in wiring harness between middle HO2S terminal D and PCM terminal 2BF
- PCM malfunction

P0138 Possible Cause
- Middle/Rear HO2S malfunction
- Short to power supply in wiring harness between middle/rear HO2S terminal A and PCM terminal 2R, 2AH, 2Q
- Middle/Rear HO2S or PCM terminal shorted
- PCM malfunction

It sounds to me like your wiring harness to the O2 sensors is messed up or unplugged.

Good luck.

thank you very much. Ill have a look at it again. Im pretty sure i got it right the first time. Does anyone know how the loom works?
