Have an 08 MS3 and Live in LA? INJEN Needs YOU!

Anyone living in the LA area with a 2008 MS3. They need one 2008 MS3 owner to let them borrow their car for 3 days to a week for cold air intake fit and Dyno testing. They offer a free cold air intake for your trouble. (installed I imagine and I would convince them to give you copies of all dynos if I were you!) Also need one 2008 Mazda 3 owners (2.0 2.3) PM me for contact info. Test would be done in November.

dont they already have a kit fo rthe 2007 ms3?
Are they needing it for CARB cert?

Yes they have one for the 2007. They need to make sure there are no differences in fit and air fuel ratio etc. with the 2008 before they can list it.

Wouldn't hurt to give them a call. I'll see if I can dig up the number. They still may not have found someone for the tests yet. They certainly have not listed an intake as "2008" yet though the 07 may fit.

WEll they need to look into it. There is a way to Carb an item and grandfather it to older and newer models!
