Harpipe fitment

Did anyone with DSM harpipes have a little fitment problem with the upper intercooler pipe? It seems like the nipple for the stock bpv is way too high and would never work right. I had to kinda rig it to make it fit right but in doing so it seems i would get restricted air flow. Plus the bpv is in a 45 degree angle. anyone have any suggestions
