harness needed for HID fogs?

Would the harness that comes with the kit here: http://www.xenonexpert.com/ddm_kit_sale.html Be needed to hook into the fog lights? you can order the kit straight from DDM without the harness and it comes with the HID, ballast, and lifetime warranty, for pretty cheap. i have an 08 Ms3, with existing HID already installed in the low beam.

my experience with HIDs has been that you only need the harness with the 55w systems and even then, it is not necessary unless you have tons of electric accessories (stereo upgrades, neon lighting, etc) also, because of heat, you should never put 55w systems in a fog light, so get the 35w and you wont need the harness at all.

k, so the ballast should plug into the existing wiring without any issues?

correct. Original plug to ballast, ballast to bulb. Obviously there is some whire in there, but thats the gist of it.

you dont need hid fogs, your hid headlights will light up the road just fine

exactly so no need to get a set of hids for the fogs, it will blend with them anyways.

gets annoying when huge ass trucks like fords put hids in every ******* place possible and blind the s*** out of people. We really only need one set of HIDs on this car

for looks, and its not for other peoples looks its for what i view the car as, and to me it needs somethin else in the fogs, the white/yellow is gross
