I was having a good time until I broke a motor mount, I ended up having to limp my car back home in 4th gear the whole way.

yeah same here. i almost took pics at track 21 when are rides were all lined up but i was sad we were missin the red protege so i didn't. plus pete (ok me too) was really wantin some beer so i was like "**** it never mind"

I wished I could have made it. I dropped my kids off at their moms at around 9PM after waiting around for her. I also had to run to Pearland to drop off my old set of wheels to my buddy who is buying them. I was whiped out after a long week being up since 5:30AM.

Next time I will be there as long as my ex has the kids.

I never make it in my stock M3. Will there be a H TOWN Ballers part IV??? If so i will try to show up, although you like to joke about how i never come. and give me a hard asss time. Well, hopefully work will slow the **** down long enough for me to go out sometime.

we saw a modded 3 on the way to fox and hound that night. he started followin us a lil as we recklessly speeded down westheimer. i think it was a dark blue with what looked to me like 18's and lowered.

Since I have never actually made it to one yet I know I don't have much say in the matter but Saturday would be a better day. I won't have to worry about waiting to drop off my kids or for her to show up, or whatever else comes up with her irresponsible ass. It just sucks that I have to deal with her still for the rest of my life. Saturday no excuses two weeks?

saturdays are harder for me right now since i work those nights till 11pm (sometimes midnight). you guys could do something and i could find you guys once i get off though. any mon-thur is always good for me though.

Motor mounts arrived today(thank you to Corksport for the speedy shipment)and when I get off of work the install begins (naughty) . Though I'm sure there is gonna be alot of (argh) in my driveway tonight and tomorrow night.

AWR, I'm changing both but the stock mount that broke is the pita one up against the firewall.

I ran out of patience with my rear one when it tore. I did my rear one the hard way by going from under the car with a die grinder and a wire brush attachment. I replaced it with a molded polyurethane slug that I turned down to size on the lathe at work.

I later read that all you have to do is pry the wiring harness from the fire wall and use a bunch of extensions on your rachet and get to the nuts from on top.

We'll bad news, I wasn't lucky enough for my problem to be just a broken motor mount. Turns out my transmission is FUBAR. Time to put a hurtin on my wallet again. (bang) (sad1)

Install went fairly smooth, just make sure you have all the tools listed in the how to and you shouldn't have a problem. You will definatley need a nice assorment of extentions and a cheater pipe to slip over the ratchet.
The plastic braket wasn't hard for me to take off at all. When you go to take the bottom nut off put the socket with a small extention on first then put the rachet on and it will be a little easier. But like I said before just follow the how to and you shouldn't have any major problems. Best of luck. (thumb)

Very sorry to hear about the tranny. Is this the second time with the tranny. Make sure you get a MFG date of Feb 02 or later with the revised stronger tranny. (You may have been the one who told me that when I replaced mine)
