Ok, I have a '98 Protege 1.5l and want to make it a pretty good handling car. I wanna get lowering springs and good shocks. My research tells me I can either go with H&R springs (1.3" all around) or Eibach (1.4"front 1.7"rear). I have also been told H&R's are stiffer, and that's what I want since I am going to do some Solo II this summer. Also need advice on shocks, I know Koni and KYB are good, but which ones for my application. I would like to hear your opinions and advices. Oh yeah, car is riding on 15"alloys from MX-3. I appreciate all responses!
