greddy sp2 and AEM cold air intake

SRI = short ram intake

i believe dawiv has the catless apex downpipe www.apexr1.com

his has no cats, but they also offer one (i got this one) that replaces the 2 cats on the MSP with 1 high flow cat.

hope this helps

I have the AEM CAI that I turned into A RAI until the summer is over. To much rain and standing water. I also have the MAM catless midpipe ( do a search ) and soon to get the Greddy SP2 catback then the MAM downpipe, which I feel is the best way to built a great exhaust. The reason I'm doing it in pieces is because I can't save money to save my life, and I don't want a crazy loud exhaust. If you have the flow there are many great turbo back or downpipe back exhausts out there that allow you to replace the whole shabang in one shot. There is an awesome exhaust thread with sound clips and also a thread with a list of MSP vendors. Do a search on the top right of the thread heading, under where it says "Welcome, charlietuna!"

thanks for the help. i have ordered the apex blow off valve kit from apexr1.com and am ordering the AEM intake. i am going to go with the 1 high flow cat downpipe, as it is illegal in Mass to run a catless system. after this what do you think would be the best upgrade to do for horsepower/handling?

3 favorite mods for me were:

new SMIC (side mount intercooler) - car pulled MUCH harder at stock boost
AWR front motor mount - makes the car feel so much more stable
injen CAI - for the sound alone

He already ordered the AEM which sounds good IMO, I like mine. I would get some gauges. They look great and I can't stand not knowing my voltage or oil pressure. I'd start with the two said gauges and a boost gauge. If you deciede to add boost, over stock, then jack the volt meter and get an air/fuel ratio gauge with a sexy 3 gauge A pillar thing-a-majig.

i already have a full interior overhaul done as i started with a competition stereo setup for IASCA. now i am looking to build on the engine and suspension, any suggestions? i am going to go with a three pod a pillar though. i have carbon fibered the whole interior and want to get custom carbon fiber a pillars to go with it, but have not found anyone who has or can make these forme. the only CF a pillars i fond are at DGmotorsports and they only have the single pod driver side and a no pod passenger side a pillar.
