gps navigation not working?

had the car for about a month. GPS worked great, connected, did its thing. Now today i click to connect to satellite and it says "gps connected" but its really not. doesnt bring up where i am nor the right time.

any suggestions? ive been trying to fool around with it but its saying it working properly when its really not

Can you bring it to the dealer, or see if a google search does any good for that GPS model?

dealers gonna be expensive, and I installed it myself so its technically not stock (it is the stock system tho)
