are you positive? give it a try in a gear like 2nd or third which takes a little more time to get there than 1st, now it could possibly be 7200, but my eye's must be deciving me! Everyone should test their car, and give us your inside, actaully I know exactly what I'll do. I'm gonna grab it on my digital camera, (video) and post it so you can check it out. That way we can be asolutely sure.

I know that tachs aren't completely accurate and mine does show somewhere about 7200 rpm. Ive hit it three times total. Two drag racing when i first tried it on the track and once autoxing the car (which it did very well with).

I know somepeople look at the speedo sometimes, but if you are at your house or somewhere you feel free to rev the motor just put in "in neutral and rev it to the limiter and it's at 7000rpms. Once you get near that point you will hear the engine hopped making a wierd sounld like whoompp, whoompp hehe

None in 4th or 5th, Thats gotta be wrong, I know for sure I've hit it in 4th, and as I've been told 5th too.

I think he meant that he never hit it. the rev limiter is the same in every gear.
