u have exactly 1 month from the day u sent the money to send a paypal complaint, and be able to get ur money back , so the sooner u do that the better.. like i said once before, when he sees that, if he just didnt send them and was tryin to scam u then he will reply fast when paypal takes the money back out his account..

okay, let me redeem, my self, i told my wife to ship this out, and thought she did, i went away for work and forgot about it, i recieved a paypal complaint, called my wife and found out, she had never shipped it do to a $35 shipping charge, she was told to set up a fedex ground acount and never told me. with this all out of the way fedex now has smugs rings and bezel, and he has a tracking nuber to track it. this issuse has been sloved,

OK, so even though the buyer receives the goods within weeks of ordering, he should get all his money back because his wife did not ship it? It sounds like a misunderstanding, and that was resolved.

Situation seems to be resolved. Let's all be happy no one is out any money this time. It took a little longer, but unfortunately, patience is something many of us lack these days...

Resolutions ahhhhhhhhh.....

So after filing a complaint with paypal i quickly got a response from cfoley442 with an explination as to why my shipment has been delayed, sounds to me to me to be a straight answer. I got a tracking # from him for fedex and when i checked it, its on the way, so in the mean time i would like to appologize to cfoley442 for making this a public issue, now all i can say is my rings are on the way na na na na na na........sweet. Thanks cfoley for the appologize and explination, my faith in mankind has been restored for the mean time..
