Got in a wreck

Ouch, that sucks. Mazda Protege Stealth Technology ftl...

Damn that sucks....where did this happen? I know it says at a gas station but like where at? i was driving around yesterday and saw a cop or two by some gas station but didnt see what had happened. I woulda stopped by to see but had to go pick some stuff up for my dad.

It was at the intersection of University and Macon. We were only there twenty minutes at the most and we moved out of the road to the Chevron parking lot so I don't think many people even knew a wreck happened.

Yeah right by Walgreens and bargain Warehouse and Don Carrizzo's. Man that was you.....man it sucks that tis happened but nothing that can't be fixed though.

Two things:

SUV
cell phone

Enough said.

I am so sorry you were in a wreck! Your poor P5 baby. :( I'm glad you're okay missy...

You know if she or her insurance balk on paying the claim you can subpoena her cell phone records to prove she was on the phone when she hit you. The cops <3 to know that fact and will ticket/fine her accordingly!

But if the phone company does not want to cooperate(which here in GA.....they really don't want to ...... Sprint at least) they can't really do much....but try to get as much out of this as possible. I'm speaking from experience.

They can fuss, but if there's a subpoena issued for the records they *have* to comply or else they are in contempt and someone's going to jail. I did subpoena response work for 3.5 years at the company I'm with now - responding to subpoenas/RFDs/etc. and working with local LEOs, ATF, DEA, and most of all, divorce and accident attorneys.

Thank God her insurance has already contacted me and I have an appointment with an insurance adjustor. I don't know what I would have done if she fled the scene or didn't pay up. Let's not even think about that....

If she would have been hispanic.....she would have fled. Don't flame me, I'd rather me, a Mexican say it then someone else say it, lol. I can't run, no pun intended, from the truth.

Damn Jess, i know what it's like to be with out your car for a few weeks. Mine got hit back in september of last year. At least it wasn't your fault. Glad to sse that your ok though.

Me too! I've been without my MS6 for the better part of a month now. It's finally going to be done next week, and I'll get her back next weekend. It hurts so bad. I...I'm sorry...I've got something in my eye. :'(

Luckily, I've still got a second car to get me around (for now), but I'm definitely excited to get it back here. I want my torque back!

Hope you get the P5 back soon!

that actually happened at my job last weekend. some guy in a 90ish nissan quest smashed into another guy in a chevy(can't remember the car but it's a small hatchback 1 nova maybe)(late 80's or early 90's hatchback) and took off on foot. the guy in the chevy had a broken arm and some other stuff. the cop was telling us all about it. all i heard was an accident, but i didn't think to go run outside, but now, i feel kinda bad because i could have gone outside because there were no customers at the time.

UPDATE: You all are going to be extremely jealous, but my rental is a total BA. It's a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt with 3000 miles. Get this: no power locks, no power windows, no power mirrors, no cruise, and no keyless.

Seriously, it's awful. It reeks of cigarette smoke and handles like it's...well...I can't even begin to describe it. God I love my Mazda!
