I mean if you're not all that interested in how your rotors look, then just buy regular stock sized rotors and just upgrade the pads and lines. If you know how to make your own custom brake setup, then by all means upgrade the size of the caliper.
I don't know of any upgraded caliper kits made specifically for the Protege. Of course what you do is entirely upto you. I won't be upgrading my rotors, just the pads and lines. At this time in my life, I can't justify spending the $1200+ dollars for a big brake kit.
