Goodyear Eagle Gt's?????

my buddy has them on his SRT-4 Caliber and they have a very convenient rip protector that hangs over the lip over the rim so you dont accidentally curb your new wheels(cabpatch)

I have the eagle gt on my mazdaspeed 3 and they work fine. That being said, it's an all season tire, and will NOT handle or grip as well as the stock summer tires did. I am very pleased with mine so far. Good tire for rainy locations that get cold from time to time. Also worked ok in the snow and ice of the mountains while on a trip up north.

we had a lot of snow about a week ago and mine held up nicely. we also had rain literally all day and they were great. yes they are an all season tire but on dry pavement they grip quite well IMO

They are terrible and loud. They look bad and are loud. They are too hard and they are loud. FFuuuuccckkkkkk!!! I wasted my money. Oh well. Potenza's were wayyyyy better. Also, these eagle gt's are really loud.

Thats odd, I haven't experienced the LOUD part of them. They are actually quieter than the stockers were. As far as hard, make sure they inflated them properly. The pressure listed on the sidewall as max is NOT the correct pressure. follow the placard on the driver door sill for correct psi figures for front and rear.

How about the Eagle F1's? They came stock on my dad's Corvette, I imagine they must be good?

I'm currently using a set of Goodyear Eagle F1 All Season for my 'winter' set up. They're not bad...not as sticky as the Potenzas in the dry, but they've been very good in wet and good in the little bit of snow/ice we've had. Obviously, these are a compromise -- a jack of all trades but master of none. They are a little louder then the stockers...but nothing that's not covered up by either music or my CP-E SRI....whooosh.

I think I'll just get summers for all year round - I live in GA, not like it ever snows here!

Goodyear = overrated junk for the price. Sorry. Should have gotten some Hankooks or some Falken Azenis.
