Good spring rates?

I have a 2003 mazdaspeed protege and I will be getting fortune auto 500 coilovers with swift upgrade, I was thinking of getting 9k in front and 5.5k in the rear. Would this be a good setup? I run kumho xs, 215/45ZR17. I use the car for track and it's also daily. I don't mind a rough ride. Thank you.

go stiff or go home
AWR used to offer protege coilovers for track duty, and they were supplied with 275lb-in (4.9kg-mm) front and 325lb-in (5.8kg-mm) rear springs. those rates would be fun... AWR was focused on stiffening the rear of the car, more than the front. those coilovers, coupled with their big adjustable rear sway bar, would make for a VERY rotatable car.

So your saying I would be better off with a stiffer rear than the front?
