Good ground for radar detector

I recently picked up a Passport Escort 8500 X50... first of all I love it, and it has already paid for itself. The guy I bought it from hardwired a fuse tap (maybe not the correct terminology) to the end of one cable so I can conceal the chord and don't need to use the cig lighter.

I spent some time installing car audio and electronics for circuit city so i know what I'm doing... but since this is my first brand new car, I want to take care of it. SO, before I got tearing apart my new car, can someone tell me where there is an easily accessable ground near the fusebox I can tap? Thanks for any help!!

Just peel back the carpet on the passenger side near the fusebox. There's a bolt there somewhere that i used to ground mine. I just had to snip the standard circular connector on the wire to form a horseshoe shape becuase the bolt was too big.
