2002 Ford Focus ZX3
hello everyone, i haven't posted in so long i thought i'd come here today to ask for everyones opinions. That and I'm really bored on my day off. So anyways, Last week I notice I had 2 bumps on each of my front tires.(sad thing is, thats common on the ford focus). So i thought maybe i should trade it in. I'm finally 18 now and I could afford higher payments. Now before I could have traded this car in but I've always wanted to do a project car. I figured it would be cool to have a daily driver and a project car(240sx). Which was a dream come true until about 3 days ago. The Guy which I was gonna buy the 240sx from had got in a accident with it. Drivers Fender, bumper, hood, and headlight are in need of repair. Now I consider getting it fix but it would be pointless since he was only gonna sell the car to me for $1000. And it's looking to cost $3500 to get fixed.

So I'm considered getting a New Car. So far today i've looked these cars...
03 RSX Type-S, 04 Civic Si, 03 Volk GTI, 02 Audi A4Q 1.8t and of cours a new Mazda3 s 4 door. I really enjoyed the A4 and the RSX. The RSX was a little too pricey. So the Audi Dealership offer me this deal...

$21900 with 30k miles
with $2000 and high apr it would $350/60 months.

I'm leaning towards it but I don't know much about audis, are they good? Do they last with high mileage? and is there anything i should know about them before i buy?

first thing is first... 21900 for an 02 with 30k miles? talk him down to 18k, and then you have a deal.. 21,900 is too high for that.. secondly, if you want an easy maintainable car, an audi is not for you.. stupid stuff goes wrong on them all the time. out of the bunch, I'd probably go for the mazda3 or the gti.

hey thanks for ur imput. I called the dealership on my break and told them to lower it below 19k and then I'd consider. They gave me this price $18,400 with a really low APR(3.1) and $285/month. Which is much more affordable. I also did some reading up on it and theres a pretty big aftermarket for it but it's expensive.
