gold/bronze wheels!

was it an engine high temp paint? i found one thats really dark (it was a wheel paint) and one that is a lighter goldish color (the high temp paint) i was talking about. they are both duplicolor. i just wanna make sure i get the exact color, you know? any way to find out what color matches the suby sti wheel color best?

duplicolor makes wheel specific paint, in bronze color - look for that

yeah, it was the wheel paint...it looks dark in the shade and light in the sun...and apply TONS of clear. just take your time and do it right! i think i had around 8 coats of color (light coats) and about the same amount of clear.

just like any other spray can, i wouldn't put too much faith in the color of the cap being an exact representation of the final color of the paint.

Yeah that is the can that your looking for. I have used that type of paint. I made a mistake of showing how good i can paint a wheel so i have done a few peoples.

that's it...it looks that dark in the shade...if you look at the pics, it's MUCH lighter when the light hits it.

What do you guys think about a bronze wheel / Grace Green scheme (the color of my car is grace green). Anybody done that yet? It could look killer...

there is a guy on the forums who had that done. i think he bought his rims in a dark bronze. they looked pretty good! couldnt give you the link though. sorry. someones got to know!
