Going to switch from stock tranny fluid to XT-M5-QS.

Recently I've been grinding going into third at times and read that Ford's Motorcraft XT-M5-QS seems to be the favorite fluid of choice. The question I have is: The shop manual calls for SAE 75W-80, but this fluid is SAE 75W-90. Is this okay to switch out? Will there be any problems?
