So I goth this motorized In dash LCD screen coming, and it has one of those parking break cut-outs for the video, How do I go about bypassing this, someone suggested that it just needs a different ground of some sort, I have no clue yet, as I have not recieved the item, does anyone else have any experince with this Product or one similar to it, how did you fix the problem?

If I'm not mistaken there is a little pressure sensor that goes under the parking brake and as long as that sensor is depressed the signal will work. At least that's how my Pioneer AVIC-N1 works.

Got it in the mail today, it is just a wire that has to be tapped into the parking brake cord, is what the manual calls for, but it shows it going to the parking brake light then to a power source, and on the back side somewheres to a ground, so does that mean i just have to find a good constant ground or do i need to hook the wire to a 12 vold source???

Yea bump this early cause i was wondering the exact same thing.
So I messed with it, and all it needs is a good constant ground, I just spliced into the headunit ground... works like a champ
