Going to dealer, need help

I plan on going to the dealer because I hear a rattling sound from under the hood. At first it was my cai rubbing, so I took it off and it stopped for a few days. It came back but not as loud. I want to make sure that I have my stock airbox setup right. I put everything back together except I have 2 pieces left over. The airbox is secure in place but I want to make sure everything is right. Here are the 2 pieces that are left.

I think the second one is to hold on the callaway 'snorkal' that came with the car.... it is not an integral piece. not sure about the other tho.

How big is the hose thing? You can't really tell from the pics.

i think that the hose might go from the engine to the intake pipe, or it goes on the rad resivior cap. From the engine to my intake pipe there is a hose that connects the 2 and it has injen stamped all over it. So I'm thinking that i take that hose off and replace it with the one i have left over. (uhm)
