my lawyer rocks!
she talked to the prosecuter about the search, the "exhibition of speed" etc.... turns out the cop admitted saying that much of the supposed shake looked like sycamore bulbs... well... the prosecuter dismissed the illegal u'turn and reduced the exhibition of speed to a non moving violation... which means i only paid 200 and theres nothing on my record! im so happy... i can keep my license!!!! hell yes...
