yeah, i was just reading the paper and apparently the 2 teams are quite fond of one another. jermaine dye is one of johnny damons best friends, as is AJ pierzinski (sp?). the teams have nothing but good things to say about one another. i admit, ive always taken the red sox side of the whole NY/BOSTON feud. afterall, it isnt too hard to hate the yankees

one thing is for sure; its going to be a good series.

Well after a glorious day one of the Playoffs, I am happy. But something tells me the Red Suckers will win tonight and the Yanks will lose...Buuuuut...the Red Sox will lose the series, and the Yanks will win theirs. After that? Who knows who cares...the Red Sox will be out of it and all will be great again....

sorry to burst your bubbles, friends, but the yankees do NOT match up well with the white sox at all. imo, neither the red sox nor yankees have the pitching it takes to make it to the world series this year. im not saying the white sox will make it, im just saying i like our chances better.
