As much as I hate the Pats you guys definitely had a nice run and will be competitive for the next several years and superbowl contenders as well. I hope the Broncos luck rubs off on my Bears later today.

wah wah wah.......i would never say the patriots suck. they are definitely an outstanding team and one of the best organizations in the history of the NFL. But this was not their year. and yes, the patriots had more yards, more tackles. more blah blah blah in the game and anyone could argue that they outplayed the Broncos. All kinds of stats and all kinds of facts to back up that argument, but even during the Patriots great run over the last few years, thay have played bad games and still won. EVERY team has. The fact of the matter is the Broncos won. plain and simple. and to claim that "Denver sucks", either their defense or offense is just plain arrogant and ignorant (aren't we all the knoledgable and well-respected authority of the NFL that no one has ever heard of). the name of the game in ANY sport is not about being the better team overall, or having the better stats. it's about winning the game at that point and time and who cares about yesterday or even tomorrow. the fact is that today the broncos are in the AFC championship game and the Patriots are on their way home. Yes, they are a great team, yes they MAY be better than the broncos. But they just weren't good enough to win the game THIS TIME when it mattered. Support your team, enjoy the games, and take winning or loseing with dignity. I apologize if my post offended anybody or was taken out of context as belittling the Patriots or taking away from their accomplishmetns in any way. It was not intended to at all, but merely intended to be a good-hearted celebration of a win. Perhaps I should have said the dynasty is "interrupted" instead of over?? anyhow, I am a big broncos fan, but an even bigger football fan so it just really irritates me seeing people resort to "they suck" and other similar comments meant to take away from one teams accomplishments. but if that's what makes you fell better.......whatever. Maybe it's just the frustration of losing, the hopes of another championship destroyed....been there, have a t-shirt. Enjoy the offseason. It starts all over again next season! (thumb)

I would say that the Broncos were luckier than the Pats, not better. I am not crying for the Pats, I just don't think the more deserving team won. The Pats outplayed the Broncos hands down. The broncos got very lucky with some of the calls that were made, the pass-interference call was a major one, bottom line the ball was uncatchable. You take that one touchdown away and it would have been much different.

i tnink if you take away the 5 turnovers, it's a very different game, but you know what...that can be said for any team on an given day...so in the end the pat's run is over...and what a great run it was (3 titles in 4 years), but in the famous words of red sox nation "wait until next year!"
let's see what the bears can do!!

All the talk about how they suck, and about all the yards they gave up. doesn't seem to me like they understand how an aggressive, pressure defense works. it will give up some yards but will cause mistakes/turnovers if ran effectively. It was a great run indeed for the Pats. They are a great team and will be right back in it next year. cheers!

I think the margin of victory would have been much more impressive if 3 of Seattles top players hadn't been taken out in the first half. I just about s*** myself when they walked Shaun Alexander off the field ten minutes into the game.
They've always had a lot of potential, and they have one of the best QB in the league, they've just not been stepping up to the task the last few years. I think they'll at least make it to the big game this year, might not win it, but they'll be there.

wow someone is sour. They did put a valiant effort. While I was cheering for the Broncos I thought the Pats were gonna win. But I guess not. Well right now I'm getting upset that the colts are sucking it up big time. But I cant really talk cause my 2 fav teams(Cowboys and Giants) didn't fair to well either.
**** off, the bronco's didn't win that game. It started with that bulls*** pass interference call. Total bulls***. The first fumble was a direct byproduct of it. I mean, you can't even sit there and act like denver did anything to deserve that game. Get the **** out of our section.
