we'll see...i can tell your not a NE sports fan, thats for shua...we are long suffering and have lots of practice at being long suffering!

3 superbowls in 4 years? My bears one in the last 21 years. Who's long suffering? And yeah sorry. The patriots are the yankees of football. I can't stand them but I was definitely happy that the Red Sox won the world series two years ago. Anyways the Broncos will clober them this week just like the Bears will do to the Panthers Bazooka Joe.

ROFLMDLSMdldOLOLOLOLOLMFAOsjlqdfn k haahahhahahahaha

what are you insane?
first of all you cant call ANYONE the "yankees" of football because there is a salary cap which means no team can go out and open their fat wallet for all the top name players.

furthermore what do the pats do when someone who was on their team who succeeded on their team who won a championship with/for their team and is now agreeably worth more money says they want more money? They show them the door and say they will welcome them back at their old salary in order to keep a quality team together (see ty law, troy brown, lawyer milloy etc).

i see 2 players on the pats' entire team that made the pro bowl this year so they hardly are stacked with fan favorites or superstars either. The only big name player they have picked up in the past several years was corey dillon and he wasnt getting a big fat contract, he was taking reasonable money from a penny-pinching team because he wanted to win.

the yankees........**** the yankees
(eekfu)(eekfu)(eekfu)(eekfu)

Slug I meant, in terms of, winning every year. Nobody but the people in New England wants to see this team AGAIN in the superbowl. Forget about the stupid salary crap garbage. And I agree with you on your last statement in your post.

No, not really. The Bears had a tough start. 1-3 I don't care about their start. I just want them to win it all. I am tired of resorting to the 85 Bears.

I said NO SUCH thing.

Go BRONCOS!!

It was a nice run for the Patriots while it lasted, they have earned much deserved respect, but this Saturday marks their end, my friend. The Pats are going down in a cloud of orange and blue!

from fox sports (the only one's to read when it comes to sports!):

Team most likely to be upset this weekend

1. Bears Really, if you look at the entire playoff field, if any of the teams lose this week it wouldn't be a complete surprise. But the Bears appear to have the biggest chance in getting knocked off. Sooner or later, their lack of playoff experience at quarterback will likely come back to haunt them. It was a big factor in the season finale loss at Minnesota, as well as in every loss this season. In each of their five losses, the Bears scored 10 points or less.

Look out for Pats

That was a classic New England win on Saturday night. I really thought Jacksonville came out and gave them a game early. They covered New England's receivers and pretty much stopped the running game.

<TABLE class=emailBoothFields style="BORDER-RIGHT: #000 1px solid; BORDER-TOP: #000 1px solid; BORDER-LEFT: #000 1px solid; BORDER-BOTTOM: #000 1px solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #eee" cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=5 width=225 align=right border=0><TBODY><TR><TD>
</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>But this was a typical Tom Brady win. He's thrown over 330 passes in the playoffs with three interceptions. Does he run well? No. Does he move around super in the pocket? Yeah. Does he make mistakes? No.

I've seen a defense revamp itself from one season to another, but I've never seen what New England did this season. They revamped their defense from the first half of the season to something totally different in the second half. They are back to being a very tough defense. In the first half of the season, the Patriots always seemed to be defending against second and third downs with short yardage. Now, they are consistently in second and third and long. In those situations, it allows Belichick to scheme as much as he wants.

What did you see? I saw the Panthers lose to the bears 13-3.........with Orton.

Listen to Devilspawn. For he roots for the team that will knock out your beloved Pats. (evil)

haha, dynasty isnt over. we'll be back next year.

you really shouldnt be proud of that win....bailey's run back probably should have been a touch back and the pass int call on samuels was ridiculous. your offense couldnt move the ball and your defense couldnt stop the pats' offense. so i guess congratulations is in order for being effective when starting your drive inside the 5...im sure you will go far in the playoffs...
