+1

so I guess you can figure out that my building didn't burn down over night, but I am working on it now. Any idea how many parts xylene to hydrogen peroxide to cause a timed spontaneous ignition. I want to be able to get out of the building at least, hopefully give me a chance to warn the co-workers too.

DISCLAIMER: I am in no way attempting to burn down my facility, nor harm any of my co-workers. The above statement was strictly made in joking form and I am not even sure if mixing xylene with H202 will even cause an exothermic or explosive rxn, therefore, do not try that at home, because it just might be harmful. Xylene is a harmful inhalation and absorbtion hazard, don't play with it without your proper PPE and supervision of a trained profesional and or parental unit. To place mast-cell cytokine production in context, the natural history and function of mast cells is reviewed first. Mast cells are derieved from hematopoietic progenitors that are not morphologically idenifiable as mast cells. Mast cells mature in virtually all vascularized peripheral tissues, where they can reside for long periods of time. Mast cells are especially numerous in the skin and in the gastrointestinal and respiratory tracts. In these locations they are often close to blood vessels, nerves, epithelial cells and fibroblasts, all potential targets of cytokines and otehr mast cell derived mediators.
