GI: Replacement exhaust manifold

I got the test flanges today and will get the jig built this weekend. Then its just a matter of laying out and building the manifold - figure about 2 weeks. The manifold will be $475 plus shipping for a basic stock replacement with no EGR. EGR will be a ~$20 option, and EWG will be a ~$40 option. For those interested in EWG, I'll also be offering a simple dump tube but I haven't even started looking at that yet. I'll have pics and more info coming within a week or two. If people are willing to prepay I'll do a $25 discount plus free shipping. If you're interested in pre-ordering pm me. For reference this is essentially what it will look like:

Gangster. I will definitely be interested later this year when I decide again to go turbo. EGR of course.

The jig won't look like much. I'll post pics of the work, but there won't be much to see until the prototype is built.

I meant proto type, I dont know what I was thinking.

That makes a little more sense :)

So far I have 1 pre-order. The pre-order discount will end once I have a prototype and pics for the website. Don't wait too long if you want to take advantage of the savings.

Assuming yours is cracked, get the stock one welded. If you don't have the support bracket on the S pipe, put that back. I think the weight on it when people put on aftermarket down pipes is a big factor.

Sent ya $300 towards a mani to help you get started Thomas!
Payment Sent (Unique Transaction ID # 01M77781SN799723B)

Edit: I want a V-band EWG, EGR, and stock location.... just so its been noted
