Damn, being on an island in the middle of Pacific has its drawbacks. Someone PLEASE jump on this. "Save an Auto, Get a Turbo."

I would be there in a heartbeat.. I would WALK the 10 miles to work for this.. lol

could u work on a speed or does it have to be a 5
this is for a non IC turbo kit for the Protege 5 and sedan.. there would be no reason to put this kit on an already turbo'd MSP. But if you want some real upgrades, go with the street sleeper kit by M.A.M or the Thumper whenever it comes out. then your looking at soem serious power!(rockon)

I will be very interested to see this kit when it comes out. If the price stays about where it is I will definatly interested in purchasing it.

oh cool good thinking... but im sure he would also want that person to buy the kit, not just for development due to the Said "deep cuts in price" to the test bed... man i will gladly drive to AZ to give beau my car and the money.. i hardly ever have to drive now and i love road trip.... so beau if you really need someone or would just like someone from another state reppin ya.. then im there ..

Any thought of doing a Budget Turbo Kit for people who have 1.6L engines? Or are you going to stick with 2.0L engines?

Hey big B? At what rpm's are you lookin at for this kit to spool at? I think I read on this site that the thumper spools at 1,500. Would it be around that or slower? Just wonderin. :D

To correct that, the Thumper turbo (GT30 series) actually spools after 3300rpms.
Even the smallest turbos have a tough time getting enough exhaust to hit full spool by 1500rpms. =)

its almost worth me drivin out there and flyin back, but, i do have some cash for the 1900 kit when it comes out.

what bout a starter kit that has just a maifold, turbo internal wastegeate and down pipe. let the user choose, fmic, fuel and what kind of intake.
