ya I know, I was hoping to get this all set within a week or 2 at the very most, I want my bar lol, but I just pmed ken and referred him to the site and told him about all the questions and whatnot so hopefully he will post here to fix a few things by the end of the day maybe..

No sir, I am currently closing on a home next month....and I want to do renovations on the interior, so most of my money will go to that. We decided to wait on the MSP purchase until the renovations are complete, so maybe sometime in the summer or soon after. Though I located a stock & MINT spicy MSP in Dallas for my brother, and we are in the process of installing a gang load of items. Be on the look out for a thread in the next couple weeks on the MSP purchase and installations

Were u ever able to see if that spicy near your father was available? If a Mint MSP appears thats too good to pass up, Ill definitely grab one.

Yes, we ended up locating the entire kit except for the trunk cage, through 3 different vendors.

well actually it's $149.95 shipped from ken, and the main reason you can't do that even so, is because PG gets them from GT Spec, and GT Spec does not have ANY, what so ever strut bars left for the protege, that is what happened to me, I ordered one from ken, and a few days later I asked if he had a tracking number and he contacted GT Spec and said they screwed up the order but also screwed up their stock numbers.. which meant they don't have any in stock and they ONLY make them if 10 or more people order them, you can check GT Specs website I have posted on the first page.

and like I said before hopefully ken will be on here to see what he can do, he usually checks the forums I have noticed a little later in the day, but I have no clue, he's usually pretty busy, but anyways that is what I keep trying to tell people but it's hard ( I didn't realize this until I tried to order one) but ya, without this group buy.. you can not order any GT Spec front strut bars.. unless that one from CS is still available(which I doubt it is).. no one else has them in stock that I checked

so ya that's the deal, and we'll just have to wait for ken to chime in to see what he will do... I am just getting the 11 people together, ken is getting the orders and stuff done, since it is going through him

If we can get em in orange ill buy one. If not then if you can get it shipped unfinished and we get a brake from ken on the price I will buy one. But if its not orange it takes both a brake from ken and a non finished piece.

they won't sell it unfinished either... again, to reduce people ripping off their parts.

Blue or nothing. And as SpeedAd pointed out (and those of us who were in Protephile's last GB know) you CANNOT buy GTSpec parts for the protege unless you buy 10 or more of EACH part. They have discontinued production and are no longer stocking them.

he wanted it without any paint on the brackets so he could just paint it.. but like wagon said, they don't want people ripping off their products, and having it unfinished out be the opposite of that lol

lol its fine, I was pretty surprised myself when I found out, so that is why I immediately started to put together the GI thread lol, i want one badly now.. and soon! I just figure even for $150, you can sell the stock strut bar for around $50 usually.. so $100 for a really nice strut bar is more than good for me lol

All protege parts from GTSpec are discontinued outside of orders of 10+
